This coaching is built for women who:

  • Often feel like their needs are “too much,” so they hide them, shrink them, or wait for someone else to notice.

  • Don’t like having emotions and struggle to trust their emotions, instincts, or decisions without spiraling into doubt or shame.

  • ​Need help navigating relationships. They overthink every interaction, whether it’s texting a crush, talking to a partner, setting a boundary with a friend, or navigating guilt with family.

  • Have (or suspect they have) ADHD. Their ADHD brain makes it even harder to regulate their nervous system or stay connected to what they actually want, need, or feel.

  • Feel boundaries are...complicated. They feel confusing, overwhelming, or guilt-inducing, especially when they were taught that love means self-sacrifice.

I offer personal plans that works for you, from 4 weeks up to 10. These sessions are powerful, transformative 60-75 minute sessions that shift you from self-doubt to deep self-trust (scheduled weekly or biweekly based on your pace).

Pricing

$180 per session | 4–10 session package

This coaching bundle is designed to support you through patterns, challenges, and growth in your relationships. The initial commitment is 4 to 10 sessions, depending on your goals. Additional sessions are always optional if you'd like continued support around specific topics like boundaries, needs, communication, or anything else that comes up along the way.
