Relationship Coaching
This is personal, relationship-focused attachment theory coaching designed for deep growth and lasting healing. In this private journey, you’ll reconnect with who you are beneath the patterns, shift from insecure to secure attachment, and become the safest place you know. You’ll rebuild self-trust, meet your needs without shame, set boundaries with clarity, and learn to regulate your nervous system with compassion.

You feel like your needs are too much. You often feel like your needs are “too much,” so you hide them, shrink them, or wait for someone else to notice.

This private coaching container is for those who want to build secure, high-trust teams without losing themselves in the process. You’ll strengthen your leadership identity and set boundaries that hold.

You have imposter syndrome. You’ve put in the work, proven your value, but you are still constantly questioning if your worth is a character flaw. You ask yourself: why did they want to take a chance on you and do they regret it?
